SYMPTOMS
The store process may end silently without generating a
User.dmp file or a Drwtsn32.log file. When the store process restarts and a
database is mounted, the store process may end silently again.
If you
attach a debugger to the store process, you receive the following information
when a first chance C0000005 exception occurs :
Access
violation - code c0000005 (first chance)
First chance exceptions are
reported before any exception handling.
This exception may be expected and
handled.

Cumulative Patch Information
To resolve this problem, obtain the March 2003 Exchange 2000
Server Post-Service Pack 3 (SP3) Rollup.
