offsetTop Property Returns an Incorrect Value When Used in a Table (811808)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the offsetTop DHTML property for a DIV tag within a table in Internet Explorer 6.0, this returns a different value from the value returned in Internet Explorer 5.01. The following HTML code demonstrates the problem when you use offsetTop in Internet Explorer 6.0:
