If you have certain fields on your form in which you want to enter data but
which you do not want to show when you print your form, do the following:
- In Works 4.0, 4.5, and 4.5a for Windows 95:
In Form Design view, click Insert Page Break from the
Format menu.
In Works 3.0:
In Form view, click Page Break from the Insert
menu.
In Works 2.0:
In Form view, click Insert Page Break from the Edit
menu. - Move the record(s) and labels you want hidden to below the page
break.
To move the field and label, you can either drag them with the
mouse, or click Position Selection, Position Field or
Position Label from the Edit menu, depending on the
data type and your version of Works. - From the File menu, click Print, and in the print
dialog box, select Page 1 to Page 1, instead of the default All
Pages. This will print everything above the page break
line.
