SUMMARY

To use the ADDRESS.WDB file from Works for MS-DOS with the Works for Windows WorksWizards to generate mailing labels or form letters, you need to change some of the field names.

MORE INFORMATION

The following fields names must be changed:

   Old Field Name                    WorksWizard Field Name
   --------------                    ----------------------

   First                             First Name
   Last                              Last Name
   Street                            Address
   State                             State/Province
   Zip                               Postal Code

To change the field names, do the following:

From the View menu, choose List.
Position your cursor in the field to be changed.
From the Edit menu, choose Field Name.
Enter the new name of the field and press ENTER.
