Personal Database Field Names Created by WorksWizard (78714)

SUMMARY

When using the Form Letter WorksWizard to create a form letter from a personal database, the Form Letter WorksWizard searches for the following field names. Field names that do not match this list will not be chosen for inclusion in the merge letter. They can, however, be used in the form letter by choosing Database Field from the Insert menu and entering the database field placeholder manually.

Note: The spelling of the field names must be correct; however, the fields are not case-sensitive:
