Pointer Reverts to Arrow While Printing from Publisher (77712)

SUMMARY
While Print Manager is spooling a file to the printer, the mouse cursors
for move, resize, and crop may revert to the standard arrow in Publisher
for Windows version 1.0. This is caused by Print Manager and will only
happen if the mouse has not been moved for a few seconds. As soon as the
mouse is moved, the correct cursor will return.
