SUMMARY

This article describes how to realign your check fields when you print checks in Microsoft Money.

Note You cannot realign individual check fields when you print checks in Money. The relative positions of the check fields are fixed, and cannot be changed. However, you can move all of the check fields together.

MORE INFORMATION

To move all of the check fields together when you print checks in Money, use the appropriate method for your version of Money.

Money 97 or Later

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click the Print Checks tab.
  3. Enter the adjustment in the appropriate Printing Alignment box. Adjustments are measured in increments of 1/16th of an inch.

Positive adjustments move printing down and to the right on the check.

Negative adjustments move printing up and to the left on the check.
Note This does not move single fields. It moves all of the fields right, left, up, or down, depending on the parameters that you select.
