SUMMARY

To print only the fields you want from the database while in list view, set the fields that you do not want to print to a width of zero. This is called hiding the fields.

MORE INFORMATION

To unhide the zero-width database fields, do the following:

  1. From the Edit menu (or in Works 2.0, from the Select menu), click Go To.
  2. Select the name of the hidden field and click OK.
  3. From the Format menu, click Field Width, type a number greater than 0 and click OK.
Another method to print specific database fields is to create a database report that includes only the fields you want in the printout.
