XL: Printing Nonadjacent Areas on One Sheet (68511)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Excel 97 for Windows
- Microsoft Excel for Windows 95
- Microsoft Excel for Windows 5.0
This article was previously published under Q68511 SUMMARY
If you set a print area that consists of multiple nonadjacent areas, but
you want to print the areas on one page, Microsoft Excel will print each
separate area on a separate page.
To work around this behavior, hide the columns and rows between the areas
and set a single, continuous print area to print everything on one page.
