Session Summary



In this session, you will learn how to troubleshoot the new Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 client platform, the advanced client. You'll learn what the specific client log files document, how the client interacts with its site systems, and what tools are available to diagnose and resolve client issues.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded November 26, 2002 and presented by Wally Mead. Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for 10 years. He started in the training organization, where he delivered LAN Manager training. He began working with SMS in 1994, and has been involved in the development and delivery of all SMS training courses for Microsoft. He now works as a program manager in the SMS product group, and provides training for both internal and external audiences.
