XCCC: "Document.formSchedule.listResource Has No Properties" Error Message When You Use Web Conferencing Scheduler (330340)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Netscape Navigator as your browser, and you use the Web Conferencing Scheduler component (Schedule.asp) in Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server to submit an online meeting request, you may receive a JavaScript error message similar to the following in the browser window:

http://ServerName/ConferencingPrivate/schedule.asp, line 291:

document.formSchedule.listResource has no properties.

CAUSE

This issue may occur in situations in which the browser inserts an additional carriage return at a critical position in the source file. This is a known issue with Netscape Navigator 4.51.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:
