XCCC: Timer, Start Time, and End Time of an Online Conference Do Not Appear in Netscape Navigator Browser Window (330339)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Netscape Navigator to participate in a Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server online conference, the timer, start time, and end time for the conference may not appear in the conference panel of the browser window. For example, there are no entries listed under Start Time (local time) or under End Time (local time).

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, click refresh under Microsoft Exchange Server Conferencing Service in the conference panel of the Netscape browser window to refresh the page. After you do so, the timer, start time, and end time for the conference appear as expected in the conference panel of the browser window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
