SYMPTOMS

When you try to use an Microsoft Outlook envelope to send an ink canvas in an Excel 2002 spreadsheet while the ink canvas is still active, the ink may not appear on the recipient's copy of the e-mail message.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when you use Excel 2002 with the Microsoft Office XP Pack for Tablet PC.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, tap outside the ink canvas to deactivate it before you send the e-mail message.
