  • The Word in Works Suite add-in program that is included with Microsoft Works Suite 2000 is installed on your computer, and the add-in program is damaged.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue:

NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
  1. If Word 2000 is running, quit Word 2000.
  2. Click Start, and then click Search.
  3. Click All files and folders.
  4. In the All or part of the file name box, type Normal.dot, click the drive on which Windows is installed in the Look in box, and then click Search.
