FIX: Channel Selection May Not Work as Expected Because of Custom Dictionary Entry (328751)

SYMPTOMS

Channel selection may not work if you use self-routing and the document definition contains a custom dictionary entry. If you remove the custom dictionary entry, document processing works as expected.

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002 Service Pack 1.
