You cannot connect to MyConsole by using http://<servername>/MyConsole in Small Business Server 2000 (328562)

When you try to connect to http://servername/MyConsole on a Small Business Server 2000-based network, you may receive a script error message or a blank page on your client computer or server.
CAUSE
This problem if the following Terminal Services ActiveX control is blocked in Internet Explorer:
Terminal Services Advanced Client (TSAC) 1.0 ActiveX control
GUID: {1fb464c8-09bb-4017-a2f5-eb742f04392f}
This ActiveX control may be blocked after you install any of the following updates on the Small Business Server 2000-based server or client computers:
- Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 SP1
- 323759 "MS02-047: August 22, 2002, Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer"
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem:
- Install the Remote Desktop Web Connection software on the Small Business Server 2000 computer. To obtain this software, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
To connect to the server from a network client, complete the remaining steps from a network client.
- Click Start, click Run, type http://servername/tsweb, and then click OK.
- If you are prompted to download and install an ActiveX control, click Yes.
- On the Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Web Connection screen, type the Small Business Server 2000 server internal IP address, NetBIOS name, or fully-qualified DNS name, and then click Connect.
- Log on to the server with a user name and password.
Note By default, the session is set to full screen. To change back and forth between full screen and windowed, press CTRL+ALT+PAUSE/BREAK.
