SYMPTOMS

On a computer that has an Open Document Management API (ODMA) program installed, the Properties dialog box that is displayed may not be the correct one. In an open Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 presentation, when you click Properties on the File menu, the default Microsoft Office XP Properties dialog box is displayed. You expect to see the Properties dialog box that is provided by your ODMA program.
