SYMPTOMS

Hebrew text in a confirmation dialog box or in a message box appears incorrectly in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. The text appears left-to-right instead of right-to-left.

CAUSE

If the dialog box or the message box was created by using the VBScript confirm method or the VBScript prompt method, Mshtml.dll displays Hebrew text in the wrong direction. Mshtml.dll cannot display Hebrew text correctly if the text is passed through these methods.

RESOLUTION
