SYMPTOMS

When you try to print a map by using any one of the products that are listed in the "Applies To" section, the directions are printed as an upside-down mirror image of what is expected.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the printer properties settings are incorrect.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, follow these steps.

Note Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
  1. Quit all the programs that are running.
  2. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Printers and Faxes.
  3. Right-click your printer, and then click Properties.
  4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Print Processor.
  5. Under Print processor, click Winprint.
  6. Under Default datatype, click RAW, and then click OK.
