PRJ: Unexpected Result When You Use "Send to" Command with Lotus Notes (326932)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project, when you try to send a file by e-mail by clicking the Send to command on the File menu, an e-mail message with the project file attachment is created, but the focus remains on Microsoft Project.

CAUSE

You may experience this behavior if you are using Lotus Notes as your MAPI compliant e-mail client.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, click to activate the e-mail window in your Microsoft Windows Task Bar.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
