OL: You Can View Private Appointments in Another User's Calendar When You Have Reviewer Permissions (326373)

SYMPTOMS

If you have Reviewer permissions to another user's Calendar folder in Outlook 2000, you may be able to view the details of the private appointments that are contained in the other user's Calendar folder when you first open a non-private appointment and then click Next Item. This issue occurs even after you apply the fix that is documented in the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you open another user's Calendar folder for which you have Reviewer permissions, and the Calendar folder is located in a different Exchange 2000 Server mail store database than your own.

RESOLUTION
