On page 467, the first sentence of the "note" reads:
"Word includes options that enable you to search information that isn't in table form."
It should read:
"Word includes options that enable you to sort information that isn't in table form."

The Document Grid feature described beginning on page 522 is only available if support for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is enabled through the Microsoft Office Language Settings.
