FIX: Certificate Renewal Wizard Concatenates Certificate Organizational Units (325827)

This article was previously published under Q325827 SYMPTOMS When you use the Renewal Wizard to renew a certificate that
contains multiple organizational units, the renewal request that the wizard
generates has all existing organizational units concatenated together in one
organizational unit. This may cause a variety of problems during the renewal
