PRB: Selective Upgrade of Multi-Project Solutions Not Supported (325596)

This article was previously published under Q325596 SYMPTOMS In a multi-project solution upgrade scenario, some projects
may not build as expected. CAUSE With a Visual J++ solution that contains multiple projects,
if you decline to upgrade any projects during an upgrade to Visual J# .NET,
those projects will not build in the upgraded Visual J# .NET solution. This
behavior continues even after the projects have been upgraded. RESOLUTION To fix the problem, use the Configuration Manager to check
the box under the Build category for the project. The Configuration Manager can
be found on the Build menu in the Visual J# .NET IDE. STATUSThis
behavior is by design.
