In this session, we will discuss how to maintain the health of Small Business Server 2000 (SBS). We will talk about how to use Performance Monitor and Health Monitor to set performance baselines and send status updates. We will also discuss how to remotely administer SBS using Terminal Services. We will also briefly talk about a step-by-step procedure to maintain security patches to ensure the safety of your server.

This is a Level 300 session that was recorded October 22, 2001 and presented by LaNae Ford. LaNae Ford joined Microsoft as a Desktop Support Professional. She assisted in developing the content for the Small Business Server Road Show. LaNae is a Microsoft Certified Professional who currently works as a Support Professional in the SBS group. She is responsible for providing technical support to those who are using SBS
