OL2002: You Cannot View or Expand a Folder Hierarchy That Is Created by SAP MAPI Service Provider (323392)

SYMPTOMS

If you configure a SAP MAPI Service Provider in Microsoft Outlook 2002, the replication of the SAP office data is created successfully and all folders are synchronized successfully but the SAP folder does not open when you double-click it.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 2 (SP-2).
