The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft Project Web Access
  • Microsoft Project Server 2002

This article was previously published under Q322287

SYMPTOMS

When you use Portfolio Modeler in Microsoft Project Web Access to model your project, the ScreenTip may not display the correct start and finish dates for the task. This behavior occurs when you point to the Resource Assignments for Selected Project bar graph that appears on the Model projects with Portfolio Model page.

The ScreenTip displays the beginning and end dates of the timescale unit that the bar graph is set to, instead of the actual start and finish dates for the task.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
