Application Exception in Explorer.exe When You Use OLE DB for DB2 Provider on Windows XP (318901)

SYMPTOMS

If you configure Dr. Watson as the default debugger, the following application exception may occur when you create or edit the Universal Data Link (UDL) file for the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for DB2 on Microsoft Windows XP.
