In NDIS miniport drivers that support Scatter-Gather DMA, the SendPackets handler is not called if the packet that is sent by the protocol driver contains more than a certain number of scatter-gather elements. For example, if the miniport driver specifies the MaximumPhysicalMapping value to be 64 KB in its call to NdisMInitializeScatterGatherDma, NDIS can call the SendPackets handler if the total scatter-gather elements of the packet buffers are not more than 33 elements. If you increase the MaxiumPhyscialMapping value to 128 KB, the limit increases to 62 elements.
