SYMPTOMS

When you tap the My Device button on the standard toolbar in File Explorer, File Explorer opens the My Documents folder.

The Application menu bar (at the bottom of the File Explorer window) contains a toolbar that has three buttons: My Device, Storage Card, and Network Share. When you tap the My Device button, File Explorer opens the My Documents folder instead of the Root folder.
