Cannot Send a Contact When a Contact Is Open (315958)

When you try to send a contact through the Tools menu in an open contact, the user interface reports that the task is "done," but the contact may not have been sent.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if the contact is open.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, close the contact, and then send the contact.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
