PRB: Setup Installs AICMQ Property Page Files in a Hard Coded Folder (315208)

SYMPTOMS

BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries Setup always installs the property page files of the Application Integration Component (AICMQ) in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server\MessagingManager\pipeline folder regardless of where you actually installed BizTalk; if you install BizTalk in a different custom directory, the AICMQ property pages do not work.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

WORKAROUND

After BizTalk Adapter for MQSeries Setup completes, copy the following two files from the C:\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk Server\MessagingManager\pipeline folder to the corresponding folder in which you installed BizTalk:
  • AICMQ_MQPipeline_1.asp
  • AICMQ_MQPipeline_1_post.asp
