When you use the Enterprise Device Setup tool in Mobile Information Server 2002, you are prompted for the name of the organizational unit. If your users belong to an organizational unit, you must enter the organizational unit name in the Organizational Unit box for Enterprise Device Setup to work properly.
However, if your users are located in the Active Directory Users container, you must leave the Organizational Unit box blank.
