SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to perform a mail merge operation from Outlook 2000 Internet Mode Only (IMO) to Word 2000 on a computer that runs Windows XP, you may receive the following error message:
Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and restart the program
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because of a conflict with Norton AntiVirus 2002.
RESOLUTIONContact Semantec Corporation to obtain either an updated version of their product or for assistance with reconfiguration of their product to resolve this behavior.
