Configuring Outlook to Send Notifications

  1. In Outlook, click My Email on the Tools menu.
  2. Click Rules to open the Rules dialog box.
  3. Select the rules that you want to use.
  4. Click OK.
  5. On the File menu, click Exit.
  6. Restart Outlook.
