XL2002: Cannot View Help on EuroConvert Function from Function Wizard (313150)

SYMPTOMS

In the Function Wizard, if you click the Help on this function link to get help on the EuroConvert() function, you receive the following message in the help pane:
The page cannot be displayed.

WORKAROUND

To obtain help on the EuroConvert function, follow these steps:
  1. Click Cancel to close the Function Wizard.
  2. On the Help menu, click Microsoft Excel Help.
  3. Type euroconvert, and then click Search.
  4. In the list of search results, click EuroConvert Worksheet Function.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
