When you import information from a Microsoft Exchange mailbox to create a vCard in Microsoft Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002, the fax number is not imported. All other numbers, such as phone numbers for home, business, and mobile phones, are imported as expected from the Exchange mailbox.
