This behavior can occur if the Web is hosted on a Web
server running Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 and FrontPage
2000 Server Extensions. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem,
obtain the FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions Update: SR 1.3. For additional
