The feature that checks spelling as you type may function unexpectedly slowly in Microsoft PowerPoint X for Mac. When you type a misspelled word in a presentation in PowerPoint X, the spelling checker takes a longer time to underline the misspelled word than it does in Microsoft PowerPoint 2001.
