NCompass Resolution Approval Assistant Does Not Invoke Workflow Hooks (312140)

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Approval Assistant to approve a posting, the user-defined workflow is not invoked. WorkflowHooks.inc is never called.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
