OL2002: Dutch-Language Version Maps Contact Fields to the Wrong Properties (310571)

The following contact fields show the wrong information:
City contains the value of State/Province
ZIP contains the value of City
State/Province the contains the value of ZIP
This problem occurs when you use the Dutch-language version of Outlook 2002 to view contacts that were created in a version of Outlook that is not Dutch.
If the contact was created in a Dutch version of Outlook, the fields are wrong when it is viewed in any version of Outlook that is not Dutch.
CAUSE
The Dutch version of Outlook 2002 maps the fields as follows:
- It maps the City to the PR_STATE_OR_PROVINCE property.
- It maps the ZIP code to the PR_LOCALITY property.
- It maps the State/Province to the PR_POSTAL_CODE.
RESOLUTIONA supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem. This fix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Office XP SP1 that contains this hotfix.
