SYMPTOMS

When you start the Micrografx Graphics Suite 2 7.0 program, either of the following symptoms may occur:
  • Graphics Suite 2 may start as a minimized program (it appears as a button on the taskbar).
  • Graphics Suite 2 may start in a small window that is partially off the viewable screen area.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem. This fix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Windows XP service pack that contains this fix.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, click the Graphics Suite 2 button on the taskbar to restore the program, and then, if necessary, drag the program's window into the viewable screen space.
