In Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), you may receive an access violation error message when you run a management pack. This symptom occurs if the management pack gains access to Microsoft SQL Server data through Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) scripting. The access violation prevents MOM from managing operations as you expect.
CAUSE
This problem may occur when certain MOM multi-threaded script-execution scenarios experience an unexpected reentrancy in the error-handling code for the scripting layer.
