SYMPTOMS

Your Windows NT Server version 4.0, Terminal Server Edition-based server may generate an error message on a blue screen when terminal server clients attempt to access another server by using the Distributed File System (DFS).

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.
