FP2000: Navigation Bar Is Not Displayed as Expected After Web Is Published (304401)

When you publish your Microsoft FrontPage Web and then view your Web in a browser, the navigation bars may not be displayed on your Web pages as expected.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the navigation bars are corrupted.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Start FrontPage, and then open your Web.
- On the View menu, click Navigation to display the current navigation structure of your Web.
- Select a Web page under your home-page Web (Index.htm), and then press DELETE.
- Click Remove this page from all navigation bars, and then click OK.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for every page that is under your home page in your Web's navigation structure.
- Drag the pages that were deleted from the Folder list back under your home page to re-create the navigation structure of your Web.
- On the Tools menu, click Recalculate Hyperlinks.
- Click Yes in response to the This process may take several minutes. Do you wish to continue? message.
- Click Yes if you receive the Overwrite existing navigation structure? message.
- On the File menu, click Publish FrontPage Web to publish your Web to a Web server.
