Cannot Drag Images Between Placeholders with Opposing Properties (302242)

SYMPTOMS

From the Resolution Site Builder, you cannot drag images from one placeholder into another placeholder that has properties that do not allow images.

For example, if placeholder A's properties are set to allow images and placeholder B's properties are not set to allow images, you cannot drag an image from placeholder A to placeholder B.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, copy and paste the image from placeholder A to placeholder B.
