SYMPTOMS

When you work with ListView items in the Content Management Server (CMS) 2001 Site Builder main window, toolbar buttons may occasionally stop functioning. For example, when you click the green check mark icon to approve pages, the pages are not approved.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, do any of the following:
  • Restart the Site Builder.
  • Use the main menu.
  • Use the shortcut menu.
