SYMPTOMS

Resolution 4.0 will not authenticate users who have been granted access to the system through indirect local group membership.

RESOLUTION

Resolution 4.0 does not restrict the addition of local groups from your Web server to Resolution rights groups. Users belonging to these rights groups will not be authenticated. Instead, the users will need to be added directly to the Resolution rights group or be made a member of a domain global group that belongs to a Resolution rights group.
