Visio2000: Database Menu, Output Window Are Missing When You Open Database Solution Drawing (301676)

SYMPTOMS
When you open or activate a Microsoft Visio Database solution drawing in Microsoft Internet Explorer or a Microsoft Office program, the Database menu, Output window, and other parts of the Database solution are not loaded.
In addition, you may receive the follow error message:
This solution does not support in place editing.
CAUSE
The Visio 2000 Database solution does not support in-place editing.

The Database solution in Microsoft Visio 2002 supports OLE in-place editing in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word). In-place editing in Internet Explorer is not supported.
