CAUSE

This error can occur if the MIME data in the RNIF 1.1 message is out of order.

RESOLUTION

Work with your trading partner to ensure that the MIME data in the document is in the correct order.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

The BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet expects the MIME data in the following order:
  1. PreambleService HeaderService Content
  2. Service HeaderService Content
  3. Service Content
If these sections are not in that order, the parser cannot identify the document as a valid RNIF 1.1 message.
